Well, just got back from an amazing evening out at Silver Mountain Station. Wow! It is worth the drive out there for dinner. We were served Elk Saltimbocca as an appetizer, a Goji Berry Salad {made with fresh greens topped with pumpkin seeds, goji berries, mandarin oranges, green apple, tomato and cucumber with orange ginger balsamic dressing} I could have eaten that all night.
