Berkshire Pork Dinner. The hogs are fed locally grown barley, wheat and oats. Alfalfa hay is mixed into their diet, producing a sweet taste and rich aroma. They are raised  antibiotic and hormone free in a stress free environment. The pork is rubbed with coffee, sugar, and spices… and roasted to perfection.

Rack of lamb. Lamb is raised naturally with no antibiotics or hormones. They graze freely where clover and rye grasses grow. The rack is rubbed with special spices and perfectly roasted.

AAA Sirloin Baseball Steak Grilled to you liking…served plain or topped with your choice of Whiskey Sauce or delicious Beef Glaze.

Snowmobilers Delight!

Bring your machine on over and ride the trails on the old Pee Dee Rail Line. Park your snowmobile when you’re finished and come on in and enjoy a delicious bison burger and an ice-cold beer in front of the fireplace.
